The design of this new build home was guided by a planning framework that required a traditional arts and crafts style. Form and proportions are guided by this, yet the layout displays modern open plan living creating a hybrid house that looks and feels traditional yet works and is laid out in a modern way. The interior styling continues this blend of tradition with parquet flooring, panelling and central stone fireplace but with subtle modern twists, a modern kitchen and natural finishes to create a crafted contemporary home.
